Watching the way kids interact with their surroundings has got to be the most fascinating thing.

Michelle and Myles came down to my neck of the woods for a family weekend and invited me over to document a morning of them.

in celebration of soon welcoming a third little babe into the world.

It was so beautifully chaotic.

Two little dudes with very big, loud, cheeky personalities and a mum & dad who encourage it, who embrace with tenderness and love.

It's the most beautiful thing to witness.

Every inch of the backyard was danced on, wrestled on. The trampoline was jumped on. The Eski was carted around & ridden like a horse. Flowers were picked for Mumma. Pancakes were cooked on the BBQ. Maple syrup was poured. Once our bellies were fed, we ventured to the seaside for a play and a nudey swim, in the very middle of winter and it was perfect.
