STORYBOOK

I was greeted at their babymoon accomodation on the coast by Jade and Mila waving at my from the balcony. A 80s timber house on stilts. It was warming. We sat in the pockets of morning light as it was dancing around the verandah. Milas dad arrived soon after with coffees. We made Donna Hay pancakes and loaded them with scrumptious fruits.

We skated up and down the street. The dog chasing us for a little while before he retired in the shade of a large tree in full spring bloom. We cartwheeled in the backyard. Mila daynapped before we met up later on in the afternoon for a hang at the beach. We swam and cuddled. We felt the sun on our cheeks and we talked about life.
